Very well spoken and knowledgeable which is rare for tradesmen - great customer service! His response time was amazing, every time we had a question he would reply within minutes. He did a pristine job of installing our water filter, fixing a few leaks and cleaning out drains. He also picked up a few other issues from previous plumber’s shortcuts which he fixed on the spot. Joel is our go to plumber now, from fully renovating our 4 bathrooms & kitchen which included moving baths & kitchen sinks to adding a filter system to our tanks (no mains), plumbing in fridges, installed multiple dishwashers & washing machines, adding outside taps around our property, building a granny flat & needing to connect this up to our existing septic, adding solar hot water, replacing main house HWS. He’s also renovated our daughters combined laundry/bathroom apartment in Brisbane & about to do her kitchen. At all times Joel is a delight to work with, he turns up when we’ve agreed, he explains everything so I get it, always very honest & is great to have on site.
